The end of 2008 saw another successful series of Shuttleworth User Meetings. Shuttleworth  User Meetings are a critical part of Shuttleworth communication programme with its users. Feedback from these meetings helps drive the development of the products and services Shuttleworth provides. The meetings took place at venues through the UK and Ireland with over 170 users attending the events.
 
Workshops took place designed to help users improve their use of their investment in Shuttleworth with particular interest in JDF/JMF and web to print.
 
Bryan Aplin User Development Manager commented ‘ the feedback to the 2008 user meetings has been excellent with a lot of excitement created around the latest release of the software particularly the new digital dashboard. I also think the users were delighted we are releasing this free of charge as part of their maintenance contract’.
 
Plans are already in place for 2009 user meetings.
