As the dust settles on DRUPA 2008 our two weeks exhibiting at the show has bought home to us how international is the market we operate in. Whilst we had more users from the UK visit us than in 2004 which is extremely pleasing the overwhelming volume of new prospects came from the developing world namely India, Africa and the Middle East.
This has a major implication for all suppliers into the industry and will pose a number of challenges for us over the coming months and years.
The response to the new software at DRUPA was extremely pleasing and it is always re assuring to be told by our users that they feel we continue to develop the product in the right direction.
It was also exciting to have a senior executive from Heidleberg visit us to review our JMF integration and for him to tell us it is the best use of JMF he has seen.
Whilst our domestic market is static it is essential we maintain our investment in the product to ensure our users can minimise overhead and maximise efficiency.
